About Me
Stephanie Rapton, LPC
🌿 Meet Your Therapist
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with training in Trauma-Informed Therapy and Holistic & Integrative Health. I help children, adults, and families find balance through a whole-person approach that supports the mind, body, and nervous system.
Whether you’re navigating ADHD, trauma, anxiety, or the challenges of parenting a neurodivergent child, my goal is to create a space that feels calm, grounded, and genuinely supportive. Raised in a military family and originally from Phoenix, I understand resilience and the need for a steady place to land.
Outside of sessions, you’ll find me in nature, reading, or watching Disney movies with my dog—always reconnecting with the simple things that bring peace.
I look forward to partnering with you or your family and helping you build a path to healing that feels sustainable, empowered, and uniquely yours.
Services

I offer trauma-informed, holistic therapy for individuals seeking to understand themselves, regulate their nervous system, and create sustainable change. Sessions may include:
DBT-informed skills for emotion regulation and grounding
Somatic and sensory-based strategies to reduce overwhelm
Identifying patterns from past relationships or trauma
Psychoeducation on the nervous system and coping tools
Support for burnout, anxiety, depression, or chronic stress
This service is ideal for clients who want gentle, practical tools and a therapist who honors neurodivergence, body cues, and lived experience.

Family Therapy & Parent Support
Strengthening Connection, Co-Regulation, and Communication
Parenting neurodivergent or emotionally sensitive children can feel overwhelming. I support families with:
Strategies for co-regulation and nervous-system-based parenting
Understanding sensory needs, meltdowns, and behavior through a neurodiversity-affirming lens
Reducing conflict through predictable routines and communication tools
Support for burnout, frustration, and emotional overload in caregivers
Strengthening secure attachment and connection
My family work prioritizes supporting the parent first, because regulated caregivers create regulated kids.
